How do I cancel my SetLift Sync subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SetLift. You can cancel or manage your subscription there. You'll retain sync access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the SetLift app, go to More → SetLift Sync → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data. Your local data can be cleared separately from More → Data → Clear All Data.
How do I export my workout data?
Go to More → Data → Export Data. This generates a JSON file containing all your workouts, exercises, and bodyweight entries, which you can save to Files or share anywhere.
My sync isn't working. What should I do?
Try tapping the sync status row in More → SetLift Sync to force a manual sync. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in. If you're still having trouble, contact us below.
I accidentally deleted my data. Can it be recovered?
If you have SetLift Sync enabled, your data is backed up in the cloud and will restore on your next sync. If you only used local storage, deleted data cannot be recovered — we recommend exporting a backup regularly.
