By downloading or using SetLift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The App

SetLift is a personal workout tracking application for iOS. It is provided by Waddly ("we", "us", or "our").

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SetLift on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. SetLift Sync Subscription

SetLift Sync is an optional paid feature that enables cloud backup and sync across devices. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy

4. Tips

The app offers optional one-time tips as in-app purchases. Tips are non-refundable and do not unlock additional features. They are a voluntary way to support development.

5. Your Data

You own the workout data you create in SetLift. We do not claim any ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and handled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SetLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. SetLift is a fitness tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waddly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
